In contrast to the regular GO boards, which can have a separate daggerboard attached as a center fin, the GO Windsurfer features a fully retractable, fixed center fin. When needed, you can pull the daggerboard out from within the board and easily sail upwind while learning the basics of windsurfing. When the wind picks up, and you want more versatility and planing speed from the board, you can retract the daggerboard back into the board.
